Safety & Services

We all look forward to this weekend in July, so of course it’s important to stay safe and look out for each other. We want your Willows experience to be as wonderful as you’ve been imagining all year! Keep in mind we are a family friendly event and expect everyone to be responsible.

Bad Weather & Emergency Info

We have a plan for dealing with emergencies, including nasty weather. If a situation occurs, please listen for the siren and the announcements from our main stage.

We have an on site weather person monitoring weather conditions and giving constant updates to changing conditions.

Come prepared for Mother Nature’s many gifts including sun-filled days and cooler evenings. Bring comfortable shoes, a hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, rain gear, a flashlight and something to sit on and stay out of the bush to avoid poison ivy and stinging nettle.

First Aid

The festival has  First Aid available - please go to the ticket booth and our First Aid personal will provide you with the assistance you need.

Law Enforcement

Local law enforcement are aware of our weekend festival. They will be patrolling the provincial highways and country roads as always. Please be responsible and do not drink and drive.

We do not have official law enforcement on our site, however we do have 'security' personnel that are on site to assist as needed. There are eyes everywhere so please if you need assistance, go to the ticket booth and explain the situation. It will be dealt with accordingly and discreetly.

We do not condone the use of illegal drugs, excessive drinking or under age drinking. Please be responsible and police yourselves accordingly.

Food Available on site (Friday night, Saturday and Sunday)

  • Food Truck - Triple D's Eat and Run from Camrose Alberta

Lost and Found

Any items found on the festival grounds will be kept in a box in the sound shack. It will be locked. Only certain Items will be kept. Please let someone in the ticket booth know you have lost an item and we will have the box checked for that item. If the item is not there, wait a week and contact Roberta at 780 855-2523 to see if you item has been turned in after festival clean up.
