What is Neurographic art?

Drawing is a simple way to work with the subconscious mind. This creative method stimulates new neural pathways by combining art and psychology. Simply stated, connected neurons process information received.

My Testimonial

  • I have been doing this art form since Jan 2024. It is amazing. I am an overachiever (can't say no), work in a stressful industry and have a mind that does not shut off. I have been experimenting with this art form to assist me with calming my mind and working through challenging emotions that surface. It took a bit for me to STOP trying to control (control issues) how to draw the lines and set my intentions. There were so many.  The rounding exercise is where I finally could relax and shut off my mind. This is a very powerful meditation that releases negative thought patterns and emotions.
