THE PROGRAM
Please be aware that the program will begin with a gratitude ceremony in a shamanic tradition. A meditative journey is also part of the drum making experience.
The drum makers gathering is a two day workshop designed to build awareness of who we are in the world; through the attentive use of our senses, explore personal, cultural and environmental connection while creating an instrument alive with personal meaning.
All materials required to produce the drum are provided. We will be exploring possible decorating methods and designs, as well, creating a template in a mandala format.
