Welcome to .... Our Spa day! Our spa offers treatments from Registered Massage Therapists and other Holistic Practitioners. You can also experience Hatha Yoga. Customize the day to suit yourself.

Lunch provided by "Chef" Blaine Johnson & his wife Brenda, owner/managers of Westway Gardens in Bittern Lake, Alberta. Blaine is my brother in law who has a great sense of humor and knows the quickest way to a women's heart is to feed her! His wife Brenda is his excellent assistant that not only keeps a "to do list" but also assigns times to the items to ensure we are fed on time and on schedule! Please come and join us for a wonderful day of relaxation and excellent food!

If you have a group of people (min 8) that would like to have their own private Spa Day, that can be arranged as well. We will organize the day, the food and the practitioners. Spa Day Dates: July 4, 2009 Time: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Cost: $25.00 Lunch included in registration fee of $25.00 Pay for your Spa Day using PayPal. Practitioners are paid directly either by credit card, cheque or cash. Contact Roberta to verify payment methods of practitioners. Pay by PayPal, Credit cards accepted Registration: 9:00 to 9:30 am Yoga: 10:00 am to 11:30 am ($14/person) Crystal Singing Bowls: 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm ($10/person) Lunch: Noon to 1:00 Spa Sessions start @ 10:00 am to 5:30 pm The day will unfold with Hatha Yoga and Spa Services followed by Lunch and the whole afternoon can be spent pampering yourself with pedicures, massages, manicures, reflexology, walking on the trails, taking in the Crystal Bowls workshop or just visiting with friends. The cost for therapies is based on each individual practitioner ranging between $25 to $75/hour. Yoga is $14/person, Crystal Bowls introduction is $10/person. Accommodations: Bring out your camping gear or stay in one of the cabins and come out Friday night! Cost per night is $25/cabin. Bring your own bedding. Practitioners - Aroma Massage Therapy, Pedicures, Reflexology, Angel Card Readings, Reiki, Crystal & sound therapy, Cranial Sacral, Theraputic Massage. 2009 Prices Pedicure - $45 - 1 hr Theraputic Massage - $75 - 1 hr Reflexology - $51 - 1hr Ion Cleanse & 15 min Reflexology $45 (1 hr) Cranial Sacral Massage - $75 - 1 hr Crystal Therapy - $50 - 1/2 hr Sound Therapy - $50 - 1/2 hr Angel Card Readings $20 - 15 min $40 - 30 min Yoga - $14 Introduction to Crystal Singing Bowls - $10 Each year different modalities are offered.
