Welcome to .... Our Spa day! Our spa offers treatments from Registered Massage Therapists and other Holistic Practitioners. You can also experience Hatha Yoga. Customize the day to suit yourself.

Please come and join us for a wonderful day of relaxation and excellent food!

If you have a group of people (min 8) that would like to have their own private Spa Day, that can be arranged as well. We will organize the day, the food and the practitioners. Spa Day Dates: July 10, 2010 Time: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Cost: $25.00 Lunch included in registration fee of $25.00 Pay for your Spa Day registration fee using PayPal. Practitioners are paid directly either by credit card, cheque or cash. Contact Roberta to verify payment methods of practitioners. Pay by PayPal, Credit cards accepted Registration: 9:00 to 9:30 am Yoga: 10:00 am to 11:30 am ($14/person) Lunch: Noon to 1:00 Spa Sessions start @ 10:00 am last treatment booked 4:00 pm The day will unfold with Hatha Yoga and Spa Services followed by Lunch. The whole day can be spent pampering yourself with pedicures, massages, manicures, herbal wraps, reflexology, Angel Card readings, walking on the trails or just visiting with friends. Bring a firend, your camera and a good book! The cost for therapies is based on each individual practitioner ranging between $20 to $80/hour. Yoga is $14/person, Pre-Register by contacting Roberta at (780)855-2523 or email jhbaker@syban.net. We highly recommend you choose a therapy at time of registration to avoid disappointment. The practitioners book up fast! Accommodations: Bring out your camping gear or stay in one of the cabins and come out Friday night! Cost per night is $25/cabin. Bring your own bedding. What to Bring: Yoga mat & Blanket Snacks for yourself for afternoon or am Coffee/Tea cup(s) Good walking shoes Wear Loose clothing Drinking Water Lawn Chair(s) Mosquito spray!! Camera 2010 Vendors: Jewlery, pendulums, rattles, chimes, Good Earth Clothing (To be confirmed), Crystal Bowls and more. Practitioners - Aroma Therapy, Pedicures, Reflexology, Angel Card Readings, Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Theraputic Massage, Tatoos -Temporary and Henna , Herbal Wraps. 2010 Prices - Pedicure - $50 - 1 hr Theraputic Massage - $80 - 1 hr Reflexology - $51 - 1hr Ion Cleanse & 15 min Reflexology $45 (1 hr) Angel Card Readings by Maureen Bracke $20 - 15 min $40 - 30 min Yoga (10:00 to 11:30)- $14 Tattoos (temporary and Henna) - $5 - $20 It Works! - Tummy Herbal Wrap - $30 Each year different modalities are offered.
