Since the beginning of time people have been fascinated with the night sky. If you have an interest in astronomy and would enjoy joining a group to do some regular star gazing, you are invited to: Things to Consider When Purchasing a Telescope a presentation by Colin Peart (Royal Astronomical Society of Canada), a short organizational meeting and an evening of star gazing. Wear warm clothes and bring your telescope or binoculars. Saturday, April 10th. at 7:00 p.m. Presentation and meeting at the new Camrose Fire Department (201 Mt. Pleasant Drive). Come in the main entrance. Star gazing at Stoney Creek Campsite to follow; weather permitting. Call Diane at 780-672-2564 for more info.
