Join us for a fun and powerful day exploring sound through the use of various instruments. Discover how they affect the body, mind and soul. Learn how different vibrational sound frequencies move through you and experience the healing energy. Please feel free to bring your own instruments to share with the group.

4:00pm – Close Crystal Bowl Meditation
Please bring your own lunch and a pot-luck item if you wish to join us for supper. Water will be provided. Bring your own water bottle.
